okay the first thing after logging in is you're going to go to your food tracker right here you're going to click on it and you're going to go to the physical activity tracker which is right here in mines automatic yours might be too make sure to change the date it's on the upper left corner so like let's say bye  men's for the 18 right and I walked we're going to go under activities and find out if you are from plates boards or what you did when you click on it it's going to be like walking sleep research calculate about how much walking you did for how many minutes just going to put this one to sue are you and then the 18 I believe was  Tuesday say you're going to click on what day was in for how long you deduct tivity it's at work for 15 minutes and then you're going to press at  so you're going to do this for each day and at the end it's going to put your three days on the right hand side as you see right here I already did the 17 and the 19 so after you put in all this formation you're going to go to my reports under and click physical activity and you're going to put the week where you did that activity mine was from like the 17 the 21st so just click on anything  and then press create report  and you're going to print only one page of the document  right now it's loading Sasha look like this Sunday Monday or I did more days by you show me have 3 days for the 3 days that you calculator your food intake  tractor you're going to create a cover page for your project including your name due date class. Title of a Simon and a graphic remember the due date is next and then you're going to write one paragraph about what you notice that by your exercise choices
