About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

Athletic Clearance Forms

Athletic Clearance Form & Instructions for 2023-2024

All athletes must complete a physical and show proof of insurance as defined by CIF
All forms must be completed before the athlete can practice or represent RHS
All participants must complete the following clearance procedures as outlined below
All pre-participation physicals must be completed by one of the following:

1. Medical Doctor (MD)
2. Doctor of Orthopedics (DO)
3. Nurse Practitioner (NP)
4. Physician Assistant (PA)
