Free Mt. SAC Class

Mt. San Antonio College will be offering a free 8-week non-credit vocational training class in the healthcare field. The program is designed to prepare students for entry level employment as a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver with a potential for career and educational ladders.

Free SAT & ACT Math Prep Workshop

Mt. SAC will be offering a FREE SAT/ACT Math Workshop to help students prepare for the SAT & ACT exams. The workshop (total of 6 sessions) will begin on Tuesday, April 10 and will run through Thursday, April 26. Space is limited. Call (909) 274-4937 to reserve your spot.

Free Mt. SAC Class Next Fall

Mt. SAC will be offering a FREE CSU/UC transferrable college course on the RHS campus in the fall. The class is Introduction to Music Appreciation and will earn students 3 college units. Topics include Western music from the medieval period through the 21st century, including music from a variety of cultures. Lectures are augmented by recordings and other support media pertinent to the culture and period being studied. Attending at least one live concert is required. This class is open to current 10th and 11th graders and students must sign up in room P-1 by Friday, March 9th. See your counselor for more details.

Kayla Park Won The Rowland Charter Oratory Contest

Kayla Park won the Rowland Charter Oratory contest and earned the right to compete in the ACSA Region 15 Oratory contest. We are proud that Kayla was one of six contestants that won a $500 scholarship and the privilege to give her speech at the ASCA Region 15 Awards Banquet. Great job Kayla!!!

NACAC National College Fair

The National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) is holding the Thirty-First Annual National College Fair for the Inland Empire on Tuesday, April 24th 2018. This annual fair attracts over 150 major colleges and universities and is specifically targeted toward college-bound sophomores and juniors.
