Academic Decathlon is a scholastic competition open to all high school students. The Academic Decathlon Summer School Class prepares students for next year's competition and is open to all students interested in learning about the American Revolution and improving their academic and public speaking skills.

RHS has been awarded the California Pivotal Practice Award! For this year, this award takes the place of the CA Distinguished School Award due to the lack of data as a result of distance learning with the COVID shutdown. This award does not take away the stress that our system has been under, but it does validate the hard work and flexibility shown in ALL areas of our school in adjusting to the school dismissal and virtual learning environments. Note that this award makes 4 in a row for RHS from the CA Department of Education (Gold Ribbon, CA Distinguished, CA Distinguished, & Pivotal Practice) and is something that very few (if any other) high schools can say.

Seniors, it’s time to pick up your graduation announcements! Jostens will be on campus Thursday, April 28th @ lunchtime in the quad. If you have a balance due on your order please pay online or give Jostens a call at 909-464-9063 prior to the event. If you have not purchased your cap & gown NOW is the time to do so. You can order online at www.jostens.com. Don’t delay graduation is just around the corner.

Lost and found items from the year will be placed outside of the Attendance Office windows near the pick up table. Unclaimed items will be thrown away on May 6th. If you've lost something this year, come check out the box.

Reminder: Seniors, if you're interested in applying for the State Seal of Biliteracy, please come to room R-111 at the beginning of lunch on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays to pick up an application. Please bring with you a copy of your transcript and SBAC results. Both can be printed from Aeries. Applications are due no later than 3:00pm on Friday, April 22, 2022.

April 14 & 15 at 7:00pm and April 16 at 2pm & 7:00pm in the RUSD Performing Arts Center. Cost is $10.00

Our cheer team won their first ever Stunt Competition on Tuesday against Los Altos! This is the first time our Cheer squad has competed. The girls have been working hard and have been practicing long hours to prepare for their season. Congrats to Coach Pena and her Cheer Squad! Their next match is on Wednesday vs Baldwin Park and then on Thursday, April 14, against Los Altos. Both matches are at Wilson High School at 6pm. Way to go Raiders!!
