Welcome to Business Classes
Welcome to the 2026–2027 School Year!
Career Technical Education (CTE) at Rowland High School gives students the opportunity to explore real-world skills while still in high school. These programs help prepare students for success, whether they plan to enter the workforce, attend college, or pursue career training after graduation.
Rowland High School offers several CTE pathways, including Business and Marketing, Engineering, Health Sciences, and Digital Media. Each pathway is designed to give students hands-on experience, industry-relevant knowledge, and opportunities to earn certifications that can strengthen their résumés, college applications, or career portfolios. Students in CTE courses do more than sit in a classroom. They complete projects, solve real-world problems, and may collaborate with local businesses or professionals. This type of learning is practical, purposeful, and directly connected to future career success.
One of the most important class policies is attendance. If your child is absent, homework or projects are due the next school day after they return. If your child misses an exam, they will have 3 school days to make it up. After that, the exam may be entered as a zero.
I do my best to update scores within 48 hours. Students and parents are encouraged to check Google Classroom daily and Aeries weekly for grades and assignment updates.
Please feel free to contact me by email if you have any questions or concerns. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.
