About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.

Parent support is the cornerstone for a successful relationship between RHS and home.

Graduation Requirements

To earn a diploma from Rowland High School, students need to meet 3 graduation requirements by the end of their senior year:

225 Credits
60 CAR Hours
2 Career Pathway Classes

RHS counselors monitor every student for all 3 graduation requirements throughout each semester and communicate with students and parents when a student has fallen off track.
