About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

Paying for College Seminar

US Representative Ed Royce is inviting you to come to an extremely important seminar: Paying For College.

Both Congressman Ed Royce and Ms. Young Kim, long-time Director of Community Relations for Mr. Royce and now a candidate for State Assembly (65th District) have been RowlandPEA's strongest supporters since the beginning. In addition, Ms. Laura Kung, District Representative for Congressman Royce has also been energetically supporting RowlandPEA.
