About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

The Parking Lot at RHS Will Not Be Available On Monday, August 12th

Hello RHS Families,

We are excited for the start of the school year on Monday, but due to circumstances out of our control the school parking lot will not be available for parking or drop off. Staff and Students with a parking pass will be able to access our temporary lot which can be entered from Valencia Street near the baseball field. For your convenience and planning, we will have 5 gates open for pedestrian access around the perimeter of the school along Otterbein Avenue and Valencia Street. Please keep in mind that all students will pick up their schedules in the Hideout at 7:30am with their day starting at 8:18am and ending at 2:18pm for our annual No Backpack Day on Monday.
