About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.
Parents
Parent support is the cornerstone for a successful relationship between RHS and home.
Counseling
Our counseling staff supports the academic performance, college-readiness, career development, and personal growth of each student.
Athletics
We offer 22 varsity sports, providing an opportunity for students with a variety of skills and interests to take part in athletic competitions.

With a history of over 50 years, RHS has provided education for extraordinary alumni.

Here are some random

facts about me:

* Year 2023-2024 will be. my 13th year as a teacher!
* I am trilingual. (Which three do you think?)
* I attended Hofstra University, in New York, and received my B.A. in Mathematics and Mathematics Education, and a minor in French.
*I have a Masters in Educational Technology.

* I love running! I have run 11 marathons and 38 half marathons.

*I coached cross country for two years and who knows, I might go back to it later on.

*I'm a boy mom.

* I love baking cookies.

* I truly believe that anybody can succeed in math. That means YOU! I strive to be a math teacher that will help you persevere and believe in yourself.

* It is thanks to my mom, who made me value education, that I am where I am today.
