About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

Course Description

Welcome to Physical Education Class! We will be completing a variety of activities throughout the school year to develop life long exercisers. Each day students will need to dress out in their RHS PE clothes and athletic shoes. Each week students will complete one of our runs for credit, if a student misses the run they can make it up at the end of each grading period. Please check gradebook for regular updates for grades.
