Assignment
Prepare the 5 graphs for the salivary amylase lab from the absorbance values shared in class today. Complete prelab question #10. I would complete this question after tomorrows lecture. You are to complete the lab analysis questions when you feel you have a complete understanding of the lab. I would also do these after tomorrows lecture. The lab and prelab will be due on Thursday. Chapter 2 test will be next Tuesday. I will collect some of your completed homework tomorrow.

Assignment
All students are to prepare a sample graph for your part of the experiment based on the absorbance values from the spectrophotometer. These graphs are to be on a separate piece of graph paper and should not be written on your lab. Part D requires 2 graphs. One for pH and one for temperature. I will stamp your sample graphs on Monday and we will determine which groups have the best data. Ch. 2 assessment questions 1-22 p. 61-62 are due on Monday. Ch. 2 assessment questions 30-35 on p. 62 will be due on Tuesday. These are all part of the same assignment and may be done on the same paper. Your prelab worksheet should be finished and ch. 2.5 study guide should also be finished.
