You will use these questions to answer your interview questions for your final.
You will need to be able to communicate your responses in English. 

You will need to create two resumes. 
A traditional resume
A Graphic Resume 

You create a mock resume yesterday. 
Today you will use what you learned and check it against the outline. 
Put each part into the outline and add any necessary information you may have missed.
Use the google Slides to guide you through each part. 

Use your essay to help you present your belonging poster. 
You can record on canva, your phone or any way as long as you upload the video here. 


Do not read from the essay. 
Your presentation should be rehearsed, working on pronunciation and clarity. 
You should be able to demonstrate your ability to clearly describe in image using correct english and grammar. 

Now that you have created a map of all your different communities, values and beliefs. I want you to draw an artistic expression of you and your identity and belonging.

You have creative freedom, however you should try to fill your paper and not have a lot of empty space. It should be structured in a way that makes sense, and not a bunch of single images on a paper. 

If you are struggling with the creative part of it you can create one using the parts of the body.

“Education is one of the most powerful weapons which you can use to change the world,” said Nelson Mandela, a quote that connects strongly to the life of Malala Yousafzai. Malala Yousafzai immigrated from Pakistan to the United Kingdom in 2012. She faced violence and discrimination but overcame these struggles by speaking out for girls’ education. Malala’s story is important because she became the youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner and a global symbol of courage.



Malala Yousafzai was born in Mingora, Pakistan, in 1997 to a family that valued education. Her father, a teacher, encouraged her to attend school even though many girls in her region were denied that right (Smith 22). This detail is important because it shows how family support gave her the foundation to continue her studies despite obstacles. It also reveals how her father’s influence shaped her strong belief in education for all children. This background explains why her journey as an immigrant later became so powerful.



Malala faced severe challenges, including threats from the Taliban for attending school and speaking publicly about girls’ rights. At the age of fifteen, she was attacked and nearly killed for her activism (Jones 47). This evidence shows that her courage was tested in life-threatening ways that most young people never face. It also proves her determination to continue her fight even after surviving an attack. Her ability to overcome violence demonstrates strength and resilience.



Malala is inspirational because she transformed personal suffering into a global movement for justice. In 2014, she became the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize for her work supporting girls’ education (Patel 101). This achievement shows that her voice carried beyond her community and influenced leaders worldwide. It also proves that even young people can spark change when they fight for what is right. Malala’s impact inspires others to value education and to use their voices for justice.








Malala Yousafzai immigrated from Pakistan to the United Kingdom after surviving a violent attack and continued her mission to fight for girls’ education.
