About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.

Business Education

In 2005, Rowland's Career Technology Education was recognized as one of the top 12 Exemplary Programs in the State.

The Business Department teaches skills to be used in high school, college, and in a student's lifetime career. We offer a Business Career Certification Program to students who are interested in pursuing a business career.
