About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

Modernization Information

Please be informed that staff, students and community will no longer have access to the pedestrian gate located on Valencia Street near the baseball field. Starting Wednesday 6/15 a construction road is to be built from that entrance to allow for vehicles and materials to enter the campus in support of the first phase of construction with the modernization project at Rowland High School. As an alternative access point please use the pedestrian gate near the softball field or the parking lot for drop-off and pick-up. Thank you for your cooperation.
