About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.

CIF Wrestling Champion Mario Lopez

Congratulations to our CIF wrestling champion, Mario Lopez, who took 2nd in his weight class at the Masters Meet this past weekend.

He is the first wrestler in Rowland history to be in the finals at the Masters Meet!

To put it into perspective, there are 585 schools that wrestle in the Southern Section. To narrow it down to the final two in all of the 585 schools is incredible!

Good luck at the state meet in Bakersfield this weekend Mario! You make us proud!
