About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.

First General Bank Scholarship

First General Bank is committed to helping and encouraging students who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership and community involvement achieve their goals of attending college by offering three scholarships: First Award $2,500, Second Award $1,500, and Third Award $1,000. The deadline is February 15, 2013.
