Functional Language Arts (Period 4)

These courses will present the fundamental English concepts for basic life skill applications in reading, writing, listening and speaking in order for students to function in school and in the community. The courses address vocabulary and concept development, reading comprehension, literary response, writing strategies, and written English Language conventions.
