The ELD courses are the foundational classes upon which all the other classes are built. These classes are designed to help students listen, speak, read and understand as well as write English correctly. These classes focus on helping you become proficient at English as quickly as possible in order for you to have success in your other courses as well as helping you to accomplish your future goals. The course textbook (EDGE) is aligned with the new Common Core State Standards with a school focus on reading and writing.
