okay everyone where we are ready for day three of the Chocolate Truffles and so for your equipment day 3 you should have your tray of truffle filling right here with your four flavors your lemon mint strawberry vanilla then you need another tray  any need another piece of wax paper and then it is two forks and two teaspoons and not is your equipment and then four ingredients you have your chocolate coating here then you have your white chocolate coating you will have a pastry bag with 6 pink chocolates in it just for decoration and then you have various sprinkles to decorate the tops of your truffles so that's what you're working with your exact directions on how to melt your chocolate or printed on the back of the package so make sure that you follow those directions and I'm going to go ahead and start by melting the regular chocolate and I am going to it's up to you guys how I want to dip them but I am going to do my chocolates on the outside  with my strawberry and my ma minutes and then is the white chocolate with the lemon and the vanilla so that's that's my plan you put the product in in the microwave with the paper tray you just take off this outside packaging and you microwave it for 1 minute and then your package directions on the back see that it will still look like its original shape but if you stir it it should completely melts and it says if it's not completely melted continue to microwave for 15 seconds into rolls stirring well after each interval until smooth  hey so I have my Chocolat in there melting at the moment and it should be done shortly and not swear I will need my first spoon  I'm going to get that spoon and I will start to stir my Chocolat but before I stir it I just want to show you what it looks like right out of the microwave so here we go this is it it does still look like its original shape but I'm going to go ahead and start storing and hopefully the heat from the parts of chocolate that are melted will melt out the rest of of the chunk but you do want to get this nice and smooth  K so just kind of try to keep keep working it and again just as a reminder where to get the one minute on your  microwaves here at school if you have the stainless steel looking microwave it is button if you have the white microwave it is just hit the number one and that should give you one one minute I'm just going to keep working this Chocolat to get it all nice and smooth and then I will repeat the process for the white chocolate so it is as I'm melt it but I do think for the X let me go ahead and lick my spoon put this back in for the 15 seconds and to get so there set a 15 second interval on the Stainless Steel Microwave button to it was for 20 seconds button one was for 10 seconds so just go with button Titan one  for the 10 seconds for this process it's always better to be a little under than over once you burn chocolate it's really hard to defects. So do your best to  ePay in this process with string or Chocolat to get it to melts  and well one person is working on this in your group another person can be working doing the same thing with the white chocolate alright so let's just say I have this all smooth  once it's all smooth then what you want to do  is I am going to start with the start with the mint now if I had green sprinkles I could definitely put green on top of my chocolates but I don't so and it's Valentine's Day so I think I'm going to use the white sprinkles that just have a couple little hearts for the mint  so I'm going to get my mint truffle and what am I forks and you need to work quickly here because you don't want your truffle centers to start melting and then just give it a tap to get the extra Chocolat off and then you can go ahead and put that on to your tia wax paper and right away you need to put your sprinkles so that the chocolate is still wet so your sprinkles will stick if you dip all your chocolates first and then try to spray the sprinkles wants won't stick because if the chocolate will have already hardened Casey at the sprinkle after each one should I one person in your group dipping  and another person in your group sprinkling so these are my my mint truffles and then I'll do one more of the mint if your chocolate for the outer coating starts to harden on you  what you want to do is just go ahead and pop it back on Make Way for 10 seconds and then store it to bring it back bring it back to life so here's my last minute one for the demo paint then for from a strawberry I am going to go ahead and take that plastic baggie I had with the five or six little pink chocolate chips and microwave it for 20 seconds  and but shoot around and so for this one I can go ahead and just dip strawberry truffles again tap-tap-tap get off all the extra hey  information hfalls I'm going to decorate these little differently just to give some variety in my truffle box when  someone open hey so again tap-tap-tap get all the extra off as those are drawing I'm going to get my bag okay so it's been 20 seconds and my chocolate is still pretty firm so I'm going to go ahead and put it back in for 20 more seconds and then try to squish again  see if I can get the rest of the sun to smooth out I'm waiting for that there we go making a little bit of progress  smoothing out the last of these alright so my strawberry topping pink chocolates beeped again I'm going to check it okay that's much better so now when I squish it it's all melted in my in my bag  and what I want to do is go ahead and quit just a small corner or a small tip of the bag off and I just want to give  maybe I need a little tiny bit more off and I'm just going to go back and forth to give a pretty little pink drizzle on top so the and everyone will know this is my strawberry truffle  so knots this is the mint this is the strawberry and then I'm going to repeat the process with my lemon and vanilla with the white chocolate you guys can just be creative here you can top it with whichever sprinkles you like really it doesn't matter make them fun make them cute and then you put them in your box and give them to your Valentine and that's it
