About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.

Welcome to AVID 9!

AVID is an elective class for middle of the road and/or first generation students looking to receive extra guidance for being on track for career and college readiness.

I am here to help students grow in their sense of self so that they can be successful in all of their classes and in life.
