Visit the website linked on my webpage and read a summary of the prologue on pages 129-152, and, in your consumable, answer, in complete sentences, questions 1-6 (#6 can be in your spirals or a separate piece of paper). We will go back to using your spirals next week.
 
For close reading and annotating:
 
1. Number the paragraphs.
2. Read the entire handout
3. Reread circling important words/words you find confusing or do not know (define)
4. Reread and underline or highlight important statements/ideas or confusing (explain on the margin)
