Summer School Grades
During summer school, Homelink
is not setup so that parents can see their child’s grade, neither do we mail home progress reports or report cards. We apologize for this inconvenience.
So how do you know what grade your child earned in summer school? Your child’s teacher will give each student a grade card on the last day of summer school, and students are expected to bring this grade card home to you. In August, summer school grades will be posted to your child’s transcript for you to view through Homelink.

Summer School 2017
Summer School will be held at Alvarado Intermediate School from June 5th-July 7th. Summer school is 5 days a week for 5 weeks. Tuesday, July 4th, is a holiday and there will be no school, but there IS school on Monday, July 3rd.
Periods 1-3: 7:10am-9:45am
Periods 4-6: 9:55am-12:30pm
Periods 7-9: 1:00pm-3:35pm
Rosters will be posted to this page some time in mid-May so please check back.
We always have more students sign up for summer school than we have space for so students will be selected by a random lottery system to make it fair for everyone.

Algebra I (go-ahead for 8th graders only)
English Language Development (ELD)
Intervention/FuelEd (online credit recovery)
Skills for Success
US History A
World History A
We want to stress that signing up for Summer School is a request and that we can't guarantee that students will receive a summer school class because they requested it. We always have more students request Summer School than we have space for.
