Transcripts for Alumni

Option 1:

Mail your transcript request to:

Include the following in your request:
  • Your photo ID
  • Your year of graduation
  • Your name when you attended Rowland High School
  • Your birthdate
  • Your phone number
  • The address where you want the transcript sent
  • Cash only: $3.00 per transcript
If you are going to pick-up the transcript you may show your photo ID and submit payment at the time of pickup. The Transcript Request Form can be downloaded from this page.

Note: If you are a company verifying a diploma please fax your transcript request and a signed release to 626-810-4859 to the attention of Ms. Torres.

Transcripts for Current Students

  • Most private colleges will require an official high school transcript (through 6 semesters) as part of their application process. Your counselor will send this automatically for free.
  • If a private college asks for a transcript after you've sent in your application, you need to request this through the Registrar and the cost is $1.
  • Most UCs and CSUs do not require transcripts at the time you apply. However, if a UC or CSU asks for a transcript after you've sent in your application you need to request this through the Registrar and the cost is $1.
  • Most Community Colleges will require an official high school transcript as part of their application process. You need to request this through the Registrar and the cost is $1.
  • Many scholarship applications will also require an official transcript. You need to request this through the Registrar and the cost is $1.
  • February will be the month when most private colleges require students to send 7th semester transcripts. UCs and CSUs may also request transcripts at this time if they are seeking supplemental information. You need to request this through the Registrar and the cost is $1.
  • Once you commit to attend a college you will be asked to send a FINAL (8th semester) transcript to that college in June. You need to request this through the Registrar and the cost is $3.
