About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.

Parent support is the cornerstone for a successful relationship between RHS and home.

Community of Caring

Community of Caring is dedicated to promoting five core values, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, TRUST, FAMILY, AND CARING, on RowlandHigh School's campus and in the community of Rowland Heights. The Community of Caring class is responsible for organizing and promoting school and community service projects, student and staff activities, teen forums, social inclusion of all students, family involvement, skits and presentations, and many other programs that are geared towards the betterment of RHS and our community.
