About RHS
Rowland High School opened its doors for the first time in 1964. We are a California Distinguished School, a Gold Ribbon School, and a National Blue Ribbon School.
Academics
We offer IB (International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), and AVID (Achievement via Individual Determination) for college bound students.
Students
Students are our first focus. Our mission is to provide a safe and orderly environment that will enable all students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.
Parents
Parent support is the cornerstone for a successful relationship between RHS and home.
Counseling
Our counseling staff supports the academic performance, college-readiness, career development, and personal growth of each student.
Athletics
We offer 22 varsity sports, providing an opportunity for students with a variety of skills and interests to take part in athletic competitions.
Alumni
With a history of over 50 years, RHS has provided education for extraordinary alumni.

Staff members are caring, kind, and concerned for each and every student on campus.

Rowland High School truly values parents who volunteer their time and services. Some of the ways our parents volunteer are:

Helping raise money for scholarships through PTSA
Chaperoning various school functions
Making school-related decisions through School Site Council
