Fall Play: The Wizard of Oz in the West

This year, Rowland Theatre Department is producing The Wizard of Oz in the West by Willard Simms for its 2015 Fall Production. This western twist on a classic story will surely captivate you! Over 150 students have been working since the beginning of the year to bring this amazing production to life.

TICKET INFORMATION
Students may purchase tickets by going to Room A-14 or submitting a ticket order form . Presale tickets are priced at $7 ends on November 6th at lunch. Tickets purchased after November 6th are priced at $8. Others can email the RHS Theatre Department (Patricia De Lion - Instructor) at [email protected] to reserve tickets.

SUMMARY
The classic characters of The Wizard of Oz are whirled back into Kansas, but with a twist. They are transported back to 1880, the Wild West! The gang tries to find their way home but, along the way, they encounter historical characters such as Wild Bill Hickok and Annie Oakley! Of course, they are pursued by wicked characters who want to foil our heroin's plans !!! Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, and the Cowardly Lion use their power of friendship to defeat the villains and find their way home!
